The 8th Day Movement

New Beginnings. A New Way of Living. A New Earth Already Beginning.

The world is shifting — and deep down, many of us can feel it.

We’re watching old systems strain and crack under the weight of greed, corruption, disconnection, fear, and exhaustion. But the 8th Day isn’t about panic. It isn’t about doom. And it isn’t about escaping reality.

The 8th Day is about becoming an active participant in what comes next.

It’s about stepping out of dependence on broken systems… and stepping into a life built on healing, purpose, peace, sustainability, and true abundance.

This movement is for those who feel it deep in their spirit that we were made for more than survival — that we were created for a life that works with the Earth, not against it.

It is both grounded in real skills and rooted in a bigger vision.

It is both practical and deeply spiritual, but not religious.

And it is not only about preparing for what’s ahead — it’s about living differently right now, in a way that helps bring the New Earth closer with every choice we make.

What the 8th Day Movement is Really About

The 8th Day Movement is not a single topic. It’s a complete shift in lifestyle and worldview — a return to what humanity was always meant to be.

Here are the foundations we focus on throughtout the entire movement:

1) Sustainable Food & Garden-Based Living

Yes — gardening is part of it.
But this is not just a gardening movement.

Food is one of the first freedoms we reclaim when we step into New Earth living:

  • growing real food

  • building soil health

  • learning seasonal rhythms

  • creating resilience one harvest at a time

The garden becomes more than a place to grow vegetables — it becomes a place where we begin to remember who we are.

2) True Healing: Herbal Wisdom & Natural Remedies

Many of us were raised inside a system that treats symptoms… but rarely supports true healing.

In the 8th Day Movement, we begin returning to the medicine of the Earth — not as a trend, but as a reconnection to what has always been available to us.

This includes:

  • herbal support and remedies

  • prevention-first living

  • strengthening the body through nourishment and wisdom

  • and breaking free from the idea that our health must always be “managed” by something outside of us

We are heading toward a world where healing becomes so natural and so complete that what we call “disease” today becomes the very rare exception or doesn’t exist at all, instead of part of daily life.

3) Regenerative Sustainability & Better Energy

In this regard, the future isn’t only about producing power — it’s about living in smarter ways that require less of it.

In the 8th Day world, we explore sustainability like:

  • water catchment and filtration

  • solar, wind, hydro, geothermal

  • and designing homes and lifestyles that stay warm or cool naturally

  • storing and using resources efficiently

  • creating comfort, including electricity without destruction

Because real progress isn’t “more consumption.”
Real progress is learning how to live beautifully while healing the Earth at the same time.

4) Motives, Mindset, and Inner Alignment

The New Earth can’t be built with the same mindset that destroyed the old one.

This movement goes deeper than skills — it asks us to look honestly at ourselves:

  • What do I truly want to be part of?

  • What kind of life actually brings real peace?

  • What is “success” if it costs my health, my soul, my joy, and the planet?

  • Am I chasing wealth and approval… or building something that lasts?

The 8th Day path is a return to peace, kindness, clarity, contentment, and purpose — the kind that doesn’t depend on status, fear, or constant striving.

5) Spirituality rather than Fear-Based Religion

Spirituality is not optional to the human experience.

We can deny it, suppress it, or mock it — but it remains woven into who we are.

The 8th Day Movement encourages spiritual awakening through:

  • discernment

  • truth-seeking

  • connection with creation

  • humility

  • inner transformation

  • and a personal relationship with the Divine that is not controlled by systems of division and judgment

The Creator’s original design was unity — not separation.
Healing — not condemnation.
Relationship — not religious performance.

The clearest spiritual truth doesn’t come from doctrine at all…

It comes from walking outside, breathing deep, putting your hands in the soil, and realizing:

This is what we were always meant to live like.
And we will again.

6) Healing the Earth Instead of Stripping It

This movement is inseparable from the Earth itself.

Because the New Earth is not only a spiritual promise — it is a real-world necessity.

We are watching the consequences of exploitation play out across the planet, and we are reaching a point where humanity will have to choose:

  • continue destroying what sustains us
    or

  • return to stewardship and regeneration

Most ancient teachings — across many cultures, texts and scriptures — agree on one very important factor:
the Earth will not be allowed to be destroyed.

Those who live in harmony with creation will endure.
Those who continue to consume and corrupt without change will not.

Even the story of Noah reflects this pattern:
when the old world collapsed, a new one was born — and only a handful carried the seeds of renewal forward.

The 8th Day Movement is for the people who want to be part of that renewal.

7) Returning to Harmony With Animals

There is something deeply sacred about the relationship between humans and animals.

Many traditions tell us that in the beginning:

  • humans and animals lived peacefully together

  • violence was not the foundation of life

  • and even communication between species was not seen as unusual

Even in the garden of Eden story, no one reacts in shock that a serpent is speaking — only at what was being spoken.

Across time and cultures, humans have always carried glimpses of this connection — and most of us can point to at least one moment in our lives when an animal reached us in a way that felt… deeper than logic.

The New Earth is not only about humans living better.

It’s about returning to a world where:

  • animals are not used

  • animals are not consumed

  • animals do not consume each other

  • and all creation lives in harmony again

That may sound impossible in today’s world.

But the 8th Day Movement exists because what’s coming will be more powerful than what’s been.

8) Your Life Gifts & Your Inner “Service”

Every person carries gifts.

Not the kind the world measures by money or status — but the kind that brings meaning, joy, and contribution to the whole.

In my first novel Journey to Caprice, I call these gifts our life services.

And one of the most important parts of New Earth living is discovering yours.

Some people are growers.
Some are builders.
Some bring healing.
Some create, teach, design, preserve, invent, or restore.

Some engage with the animals in profound ways.
Some learn to create systems that support energy, water, shelter, health, and peace.

And some are storytellers who help others remember the way forward.

Not everyone’s role is the same — but every role matters.

And the way you know it’s real is simple:

When you’re living in your inner life service, you feel more alive.
You feel more grounded.
And at the end of the day, you may be tired — but you’re fulfilled.

Because what you’re doing contributes to life… not just survival.

9) Living Differently Without Disappearing

The 8th Day path is not about isolating from the world.

It’s about separating from the system — without separating from humanity.

It’s choosing to live with:

  • less dependence

  • less fear

  • less consumption

  • less control from outside forces

And living with:

  • real skills

  • real resilience

  • real peace

  • real health

  • real community

It’s learning to build a life that works even when the old structures don’t.

Abundance, Community, and the New Way of “Enough”

One of the greatest lifestyle lies of this world is that if you don’t hoard, you won’t have enough.

But the truth is: when we learn to live wisely, we create true abundance — the kind that overflows naturally.

And when we truly do have “enough,” we gain something priceless:

The ability to help others.

Not by rescuing people endlessly…
but by building something better and teaching them how to step into it too.

Not by handing someone a basket of vegetables…
but by showing them how to grow an entire garden.

And not through cold transactions — but through shared contribution, trade, gifting, cooperation, and community.

In the New Earth, everyone brings something to the table.

And together, the table becomes full.

This Is the 8th Day

The 8th Day Movement is a call back to what humanity was always meant to be:

  • healed

  • connected

  • grounded

  • spiritually awake

  • kind

  • resilient

  • purposeful

  • and in harmony with creation

It is both a preparation… and a beginning.

And if you feel something stirring inside you — like the old way isn’t working anymore, but you can’t stop hoping for what could be…

Then you’re already closer than you think.

Welcome to the 8th Day.
We begin here.
One step at a time.

Many people become overwhelmed with the prospect of trying to figure out how to cut the strings that bind us to this current world of chaos. We want to find our way onto the somewhat illusive path of peace, hope, excitement, enlightenmnent and true inner happiness, but are not sure how to do it. That is why we have created this portal, this guided pathway that leads us all on the simple yet powerful path of living the life we were always meant to live.

Often the world around us appears insane and getting worse every day. In many ways it absolutely is doing just that. However, there is also something much deeper, more profound, more beautiful, more inspired, more life-enrichening happening at the same time. That is the path we need to choose in order to find true happiness, freedom, less stressful and a more harmonious life. This is not a life for the few and lucky, this path is open to absolutely everyone of us. We are limited only by any restraints we put on ourselves. Not everyone will find this path or choose to take it when they do find it. But those who takes those small but necessary steps will be rewarded with a life far beyond what most of us have ever even imagined possible.

So where do we start? I recommend taking time to look over this website and reading the parts that call to you deep inside. Then click here to head over to the NEXT STEPS page and follow your gut there as well. We will continue to add more stuff to it each day as we are inspired to do so and we look forward to sharing this journey, this community, this incredible life with you!
